the madro group was founded with a mission to bring people together, build meaningful community, and inspire exploration of the city around them. driven by a shared passion for connection and culture, the founders set out to create spaces they felt were missing in philadelphia. from that vision came the philly pickleball club, the philadelphia social club, and the madro wellness club — each designed to foster belonging, spark new friendships, and offer curated experiences that reflect the energy and diversity of the city.

once an individual completes the application on the philly pickleball club, the philadelphia social club or the madro wellness club page, those selected for an interview will receive an email to schedule an introductory call with the founders. during this call, both parties will have the opportunity to ask questions and get to know each other. if everyone feels it's a good fit, the individual will receive a members only password to access the “members” page. upon entering the password, they will be directed to a welcome page where they can pay the initiation fee, granting access to the members' website. once on the site, the individual can view and reserve their spot for upcoming experiences planned throughout the year.

each of the three clubs hosts at least two events per month.

no, members are not required to attend a minimum number of events each year. the founders believe that the value of the experience is directly tied to what each member chooses to put into it.
